Can I order over the phone?

Absolutely! We understand it's sometimes easier to talk to a "real person " when placing an order. Call us anytime between 9am and 8pm Eastern time. Our toll free number is: 1-877-868-7360.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover as forms of payment. It is our policy to not charge your card until we confirm that your order has shipped. We do, however, obtain an authorization on your card at the time of your order for the full amount of your order. Please note that this may appear temporarily as a charge on your account statement, but it is an authorization only and usually will go away after 24-48 hours.

Re-authorizations after the initial order

We also obtain authorizations for the outstanding balance of your order if a) your order partially ships or b) the existing authorization is about to expire. Should the re-authorization not be successful, we will contact you for new payment information. If we are not able to obtain a valid authorization, we reserve the right to either cancel your order or charge your card for the outstanding balance of your order. If, after we charge your card as a result of not being able to re-authorize, you wish to cancel your order, please contact us and we will refund your card provided that your order has not yet shipped.

Online Order Status (Tracking info and more)

When you place an order with us, you will receive a link that will allow you to track that order. Once your order ships you will receive another email with tracking information (if available).

Confirmation of orders

After placing an order you will get a confirmation email within 10 minutes. If you place an order with us and don't get an confirmation email check your "junk" mail folder - it will probably be in there; otherwise, shoot us an email and we'll get you set up.

Tax

You will be charged 8% Provincial Sales Tax and 5% Goods and service tax. We are required by law to charge sales tax, which is calculated and itemized during the online ordering process.

Price Matching

We offer a Price Match option on almost any product. We do reserve the right to decline to match a price, but in most cases we will honor price match requests with other websites.

In order to qualify for a price match consideration, the following conditions and rules must be met:

1) The product must be in-stock and ready to ship that day on the lower priced site. Backorders will not be matched and we do not match prices on items that are out of stock.

2) The item must be EXACTLY the same as the product you want to order from us. Same color, size, year, model, etc.

3) The product must be the same year. We do not price match on closeouts from previous years, scratch and dent items, blems, etc.

4) Coupons and promotional codes may not be used with price matches, either from our site or from a competitors coupon.

5) Shipping prices will be met as well in the event that the lower priced site has a more expensive shipping charge.

6) The Product must be orderable online. Online advertisements are not honored unless the product can be ordered online through a secure server with a functioning shopping cart.

7) The price match must be completed BEFORE you order the product from us. No price match requests will be honored on items that have already been ordered and/or shipped.

Currency Conversion

The US - CAD currency is updated daily and is obtained from the rate posted on PAYPAL.COM.

The Current Currency rate as of May 24, 2013 is $1 USD = 1.0584 CAD

Our website is based on the Yahoo Store Platform which is based on the US dollar. During checkout you will be billed in US Dollars equivalent to your purchase in Canadian dollars.Your credit card statement will reflect the exact amount shown on the website in Canadian Dollars.

Return Policy

        

Returns


The Baby Boutique is confident you will be happy with your purchase(s). If you are unhappy, with your purchase, please call us at (519) 208-8786 to advise us that you are returning your product. You have up to 30 days from the date of purchase for all returns.


Products must meet the following criteria in order to be returnable:

• Products must be returned to us in their original condition and in their original packaging complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts.
• We cannot accept returns on products that have been customized (color, finish, dimensions, upholstery, etc.).
• Special Orders are not returnable and non refundable. (Special Orders are deemed any item that is not in stock at time of purchase and have to be ordered in)

• Items that have been discounted are not returnable under any circumstance

• Floor models are not returnable under any circumstances

• Sale Items are not returnable under any circumstances
• All returns and exchanges are subject to our Terms of Use.
• Products must be in a saleable condition with no indications of use



 

Final Sale Items/No return items

Due to health and safety concerns some of our products cannot be returned. These items will not be returned under any condition.

 

Sale Items  / Floor Models / Dicounted Items / On-Line Promotional Codes

There are no returns on sale items, items that have been discounted, or floor models, on-line orders where a promotional code has been applied are final sale and cannot be returned


Special Order items


There are no returns on special orders. Any item that is not in stock and shows an estimated lead time can be considered a special order item.
